Spring Gardening Symposium

Western Massachusetts Master Gardeners Association

Lilian will be teaching a workshop on "Gardening Well Into the Future" and selling plants and pussy willows from Wilder Hill Gardens.

Pruning Essentials Workshop

Saturday, April 18

9:00 am to 11:00 pm

Bring your clippers and your questions. Lilian will explain and demonstrate the correct pruning techniques to keep your shrubs and trees healthy, flowering, and in excellent shape. $50/workshop.

 

Stay tuned as this date seems a bit doubtful at this point.

Meanwhile, Lilian Jackman will prune the trees and shrubs in your landscape, and give tutorials and consultations,
all from a safe distance.

Spring Dig Sale

Saturday, May 8 & Sunday, May 9
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Mother's Day Weekend. Come enjoy the spring flowers, circle the new path around the stupas, and buy hardy, locally grown plants. Local compost available, free with any shrub purchase.

Printmaking with Plants

Saturday, September 19, 9:00 am to noon

Learn the basics of relief printmaking in the new garden shop/ gallery at Wilder Hill Gardens. You will learn how to transfer a drawing and carve your plate, add plant material to your design, and print an original edition using non-toxic Akua inks. $120 includes all materials.
